Configuring and Running Railo Powered CFML Applications on Jelastic Cloud

I have been watching the Jelastic Cloud for almost a month and finally I gave it a try last week. The team behind Jelastic did all the ground works for us to get up and Running with Railo in their environment. I have configured Railo and created a sample job search application railoweb.akbarsait.com and hosted it in their Cloud in just 10 minutes time.

CFDocs.org is one of the sites I use to visit often for ColdFusion tags and functions documentation. Like my Google Chrome extension for CFQuickDocs I thought of creating one for CFDocs site as well so I created this little Google Chrome extension for CFDocs.org.

Finding the ColdFusion Builder and ColdFusion 9 documentation on adobe site is always a bit difficult for me. To make a note for myself and for other CF developers who also found it difficult, let's go the Adobe ColdFusion 9 Family page and click Help and support link. In that page you will find both ColdFusion and ColdFusion Builder online help links under Getting Started & Help section.

Chennai CFUG: ColdFusion Builder 2.0 Recording

Yesterday Sagar Ganatra gave a very informative presentation on about the ColdFusion Builder 2.0 and its Features to Chennai CFUG. The session last for 1:20 minutes where Sagar talks about the various new features in ColdFusion Builder 2.0 like the Code Assist, Editor Enhancements, New Search feature enhancements and Extensions. Suggestions on Cheap and Reliable VPS Hosting for ColdFusion and Railo

Currently I'm using shared ColdFusion hosting for mine and my friends sites. These sites are running ok but I'm looking for more reliable one which also helps me to host as many sites as I want with an affordable price. Also I'm in a plan of moving some of these sites to Railo.

ColdFusion QuickDocs Google Chrome Extension

I'm a big fan of CFQuickDocs.com and I use it often for referring the attributes and parameters of the ColdFusion tags and functions. CFQuickDocs is already having plug-ins for Firefox and IE but not for the Google Chrome browser. So the Idea came yesterday to me that Instead of going to the CFQuickDocs site every time to refer something on ColdFusion why don't I create a Chrome Extension for it? So to make it simple I created the ColdFusion QuickDocs Google Chrome extension.
